A few weeks after its path forward suddenly looked uncertain, the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act has officially become law. President Trump didn’t sign or veto the bill before the deadline, which meant the bill automatically became law 10 days after clearing the Senate and House by wide bipartisan margins.
